About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at NTX Eviction, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the eviction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance through the eviction process.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing changes to improve our services and processes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather insights on how to enhance our service offerings.
Who We're Looking For:
- Passionate about customer service with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A problem-solver who approaches challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in customer service or client management roles, preferably in the real estate or legal services industry.
- Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and its real estate market is a plus.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
