Privacy Policy

NTX Eviction ("we," "us," or "our") provides eviction services to landlords and property managers in North Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

    Information We Collect

We collect information that you give us directly. This happens when you call us, fill out a form, send an email, or become a customer. That information may include:

    • Your name
    • Your phone number
    • Your email address
    • The property address involved in your inquiry
    • Details you share about your situation

We also collect information automatically when you visit the site. That information may include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that sent you here. We use cookies and similar tools to gather it.

We record incoming and outgoing phone calls for quality and training purposes.

    How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:

    • Respond to your questions and provide the services you request
    • Contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry or your case
    • Send you service updates, invoices, and account notices
    • Improve our website, our services, and our customer support
    • Measure how well our advertising works
    • Show you relevant ads on other platforms
    • Meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements

    How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

However, we do share it in these limited situations:

Service providers. We work with companies that help us run the business. These include call tracking providers, email and hosting providers, payment processors, and customer management software. They may only use your information to perform work on our behalf.

Legal and court filings. Eviction is a court process. To provide our services we may need to share information with courts, constables, process servers, attorneys, and county clerks.

Advertising platforms. We may share contact information, such as your email address or phone number, with advertising platforms including Google, Microsoft, and Meta. These platforms match it in a secure and hashed form. We do this so we can show relevant ads to our customers, avoid showing ads to people who are not a fit, and measure our results. We do not receive money for this, and the platforms may not use your information for their own unrelated purposes.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our property, or the safety of others.

Business transfers. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner.

Cookies. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

    Texas Residents

Texas law gives residents the right to know what personal data we collect, to correct it, to request a copy, and to ask us to delete it. You also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising. To use any of these rights, email us at info@ntxeviction.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

    Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Still, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide services and to meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous. Court and case records may be kept longer because the law requires it.

    Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. Please check back occasionally.
